UNION COMPANY'S MOVEMENTS. Tne Union Company's _lonowui will arrive here at abouL noon to-morrow if she leaves Gisborne at midday to-uay as expected. It is expected that the steamer __hika will leave Pit-ton for Onehunga some time to-day. She brings a cargo of produce, aud should arrive at Onehunga on Monday morning. The Arahuri_ which has bceu undergoing extensive repairs here, came out ot dock, festerday, and berthed at the Hobson wharf. It is anticipated that she will re-enter the _last Coast service next week, leaving here on the 21st instant. The Te _.nau will loud a produce cargo at Timaru aud Bluff early nest week. This is for Napier, Gisborne, and Auckland. The —tiuo is also loading general cargo at Dunedin and Lytteltou early next week for Auckland. The iiurauiu leaves Wellington for Aucklaud to-day. She ls due here on Monday night. Included in her cargo are transhipments ex an oversea Eteamer. The Rarawa, which was delayed from Thursday last at New Plymouth,'owing to a shortage of coal, bus arrived at Onehunga with passengers. She sails again on Monday next. -Mr. J. G. Seed, chief engineer of the Alonowai, went ashore in Wellington on holiday leave. Air. O. W. Diilner ta-es his Place for the meantime. The Monowai arrives here to-morrow from feouth. _ Quite a change is being made by the Union Company's steamer Ka_ 10, which has been engaged regularly in the coal trade for a consideiable time. The vessel has left .Wellington for Lyttelton aud Dunedin with general cargo. The closing of the Grey_loutb mines has .prompted the change in the ——lnu's routine. News of the Canopus having sailed from Wellington with the hulk Jubilee in towcame to hand last night. It wiU be remembered that the two vessels left Wellington for Auckland some weeks ago, but the Jubilee sprung a leak and had to put back. The tow will be over a distance of approximately 547 miles. The Jubilee will act as . _ hulk, here for the Blackball Coal Company.
