MINISTERS' MOVEMENTS.
Hon. G. W. Russell, Minister for Internal Affairs. Public Health. „nd Marine, arrived at Auckland by the -Main Trunk express yesterday afternoon, accompanied by his private secretary, Mr. t. J. Drake. Mr. Russell transacted public business at the Minister's rooms. General Post Office, this morning, and attended the ceremony of laying the foundation stone of the new i hildren's hospital this afternoon. He leaves for Wellington by to-morrow evening's express.
