HINT TO BULGAR TROOPS.
DROPPED BY FRENCH AIRMEN.
TOLD OF RISING IN SOFIA.
REVOLT AGAINST GERMAN TYRANNY.
(Received 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, April 13. General Sarrail's aviators dropped a proclamation to the Bulgarian troops notifying a popular and military revolt in Bulgaria against the Germans. The proclamation was dropped owing to information stating that anti-German demonstrations'had occurred among the Bulgarian garrisons. It stated that a revolt had broken out, especially in Sofia, where the troops and people had risen against German tyranny. German platoons were traversing the streets firing on the inhabitants. It also mentions America's action, and invites the Bulgarians to emulate the Russian revolutionaries.— (A. and.N.Z. Cable.)
