LONDON, April 13. The Press Bureau states that the workers at Woolwich Arsenal have sent the following message to the munition makers in Russia: — "Comrades, —Now that you have overthrown autocracy we know we shall win. Let us nil work hard to help our brothers in tho trenches, whoso sacrifices are greater than ours. Every hour of wcrk may save lives. Idleness will mean murder. live free Russia, who has risen in her might finally to free people still enslaved" — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
