Irvine, R.F.A., was Court, it was stated that he proposed on a Thursday, was accepted on the following Saturday, and married on the following Monday. The allegation against him is that when home on furlongh he met Mury Ann Moorhoiise, a soldier's widow, of Miles flatting, told her bis wife was dead, proposed marriage and stated that her husband had exf pressed a dying wish that he should do so.
