John' Rogers, of Church Street, Otahuhu, was admitted at the hospital this afternoon with severe burns to his head and shoulders. He was- working at the Union Oil Company's soapworfcs at Westfield, and he had the had fortune to miscalculate the pressure in turning a valve, and the hot soap his body. The burns are severe, but? medical- attention will be n" Pessary before an exact statement of his injuries 'will be available.
