HO PRIVATE MEASURES. ONLY WAR BUSINESS. Uustralton and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, February 9. In the House of Commons Mr Bonar Law announced that a credit vote would be moved on Monday. He brought forward a motion to confine the session to Government Bills; ' Several members protested, and urged that consideration should be given to women's franchise and to the state of Ireland, which they alleged was becoming critical. Mr Bonar Law said that at this crisis the House of Commons must not be occupied'with controversial subjects. The motion to confine the session to Government business was carried without division.
