HYPHENATED AMERICANS PROTEST THEIR LOYALTY.
WILL RAISE TRGOPS TO FIGHT IN THE UNION. (Received 1.30 p.m.) XEW YORK, February 8. The German-American National Alliance, claiming to represent three million hyphenated Americans, endorsed Mr. Wilson's action, and decided in the event of hostilities to form regiments to fight for the American Union, and to present the American Red Cross with the funds collected for German war relief.
