NEW ZEALAND FEDERATION. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, Friday. A conference of delegates from work-ing-men's clubs and similar institutions, held hero to-day, formed a federation, with the object of securing the better t'ontrol of clubs' business and affairs. Wellington, Auckland, Palmereton North, K&iapoi, Gisborne, and Napier were represented. Christchurch, Oxford, Blenheim, and Greytown will accept th» decisions, but were not represented.
