SPREADING "KULTUR."
A COSTLY BUSINESS. GERMANY SPENDS £10,000,000. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received 1.50 p.m.) BERNE, October 11. The Budget of the German Foreign Office shows that £10,000,000 was spent in propaganda work among the foreign Press during the two years of the war. The sum of £2,000,000 was spent in America, £1,000,000 in Greece, and £1,200,000 on newspapers in AustriaHungary.
