In the matter of Tne Municipal Corporations Act, 1906, The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1915, and of The Reserves and Other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1016. section 25. and the Acts amending the same respectively. St. Leonard's Road, and High Street. within the said borough £1538 and (1) The erection of a cottage on the Corporation's property In Church Street ■ £350 The proposed security for the said loan of £12,000 and of the interest, sinking fund and other charges in connection therewith, k> an annually recurring special rate of Jd in the pound on the ratable value of all ratable property in the said borough of Devonport until the said special loan shall have been fail? paid off.. The loan will be for a period of 36* years, .at the rate of Interest of 5J per cent per annum, together with an additional sum of 1 per cent per annum to provide the necessary sinking fund.
