HIGHLY UNPOPULAR.
FIERY MOTION FROM KERRY.

LONDON, October 6.
It is believed that. Mr John Redmond will declare against conscription, but it is not improbable that a national recruiting scheme will be suggested to maintain the strength of the Irish regiments.
The Kerry County Council passed a resolution warning the Government that the enforcement of conscription in Ireland would result in turmoil and bloodshed.
