Tie 'Times 3 ' New York correspondent saya: The German Crown Prince's tearful attempt to enlist American sympathies has utterly failed to produce a single emotion except that of scorn. The result must undoubtedly be attributed to Mr. Lloyd George's admirably-timed interview. Since the begming of the war the utterance of no member of the British Cabinet has received greater sympathy.
