Appreciation aud Sympathy.—On tie motion of the .Mayor, the following resolo- M tlon was adopted in silence:—"That-that Council place on record its great sunreciation of the valuable services. rendered to Onehunga and .the Dominion generally v by the late Sir George Maurice O'Rorkt and wishes to express its deepest ejS , pathy -with those who mourn his -toes aid that a copy of this resolution De sent te his son, Mr. E.
