ALLEGED BREACH OF CONTRACT.
IN SUPPLY OF UNIFORMS.
WELLINGTON, Monday
The case against Abraiham Levy, clothing manufacturer, who is ; charged with wilfully breaking bis contract to supply military uniforms, was commenced in the Magistrate's Court this afternoon. The Crown Prosecutor, in outlining the case, said the evidence would show that accused.used cotton instead of linen thread, ac specified in the contract.
