FICTITIOUS SEA FIGHT. (Received 2.50 p.m.) LONDON, August 28. The Admiralty deny "Vossteche Zei- , tang's" statement that Dutch sailors j saw a British destroyer in a sinking condition abandoned * off the Dogger ' Bank. There was no engagement of any sort, and no destroyer is sussing. .
