THE NEW GROUND. PREPARATIONS FOR ENTRY. At last night's meeting of the Management Committee of the Auckland Rngby League 'the draft new rules, mainly- concerning tbe new ground In Stanley Street, were fully discussed and approved. It was reported that special arrangements had been made for patrons of the 'League, under the heading of " Ground Members," whereby subscribers to the League funds would have the right of entry to the new ground and stand for all matches under the jurisdiction of tbe 'League. The passes would be in the form of medallions similar to those Issued in England and Australia, and It was hoped would prove very popular. The Ground Committee reported Qiat arrangements for the taking over of the new headquarters were progressing favourably, and that a report would be laid before the League at its next meeting. RUGBY.
