DODGING THE BLOCKADE.
A HINT FROM SWEDISH FIRM. SLIDE DOWN NORWEGIAN COAST. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Kcceived 8.50 a.m.) LONDON, July 28. During the hearing of a case in the Prize Court, which resulted in a cargo of cotton being condemned, a letter was read from a firm in Gothenburg, Sweden, advising American shippers how to evade the British blockade. The letter suggested that the masters of the ships should go well to the northward of the Shetlands, and then slide down the Norwegian coast. The letter added: "We hava directed several boats to this effect, and they have not been interfered with."
