Empire-wide meetings are bein" arranged for August 4 to record the anniversary of the British declaration of war. A resolution, which has been approved by Mr Asquith and Mr Bonar Law, will be moved .'recording the Empire's inflexible determination to continue to a victorious end the struggle for the ideals of liberty and justice, which are the common and sacred cause of the Allies. ....
