BIT OF BERLIN " OFFICIAL." RIOTS MADE IN GERMANY. ' (United Service.) (Received 9.20 a.m.) NEW YORK, July 21. The Germans' campaign of lies has. reached its high-water mark. To-day it was announced here that on June 3'an official wireless message was sent out from Berlin stating that owing to the Jutland battle a revolt had occurred outside the offices of the British Admiralty in London. The message also stated that the theatres were closed. :
