VERY LAUGHABLE
TO TEE HUN IMAGINATION. NORWEGIANS PREFER THE BRITISH TYRANTS. ("Tbe Times.") (Received 9.20 a.m.) LONDON, July 21. The attitude of Norway over the question of the blockade disgusts the "Cologne Gazette," which says: "If it were not so immensely sad "we might laugh at the idea of the after all the British sea tyrants' excesses, still regarding England as the champion of the independence of the small nations. This proves that 'Germany, when fighting for their freedom of the seas, cannot reckon upon the~ support of the northern'nations, although they are blood relations." -<•■.-.
