RUSSIAN ASSAULTS ON THE RIGA FRONT. LONDON, July 21. A German comniumque states:-"The Russians made unsuccessful attacks on the Ickau-Kcyu Road, south-east of Riga. The Austrians north of Sokul drove the Russians from their positions, and then retired to their own portions. The Germans advanced their positions south-west of Lutzk. An Austrian communique states:—'The Germans in Volhynia forced back the enemy coming from the westward of Zwiniacre."
