RUSSIAN ADVANCE INTO HUNGARY.
DAY'S MARCH OVER THE CARPATHIANS. AUSTRIAN REAR IN BUKOWINA THREATENED. (Recejjed 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, July 19. The "Daily News" Petrograd correspondent states that General Lechitsky's cavalry has penetrated a. day's march into Hungary, and threatens the rear of the Auetrians in the Kimpolung-Kuty region, in the south-west of Bukowina.
