Notice is her e b y given that at the Ordinary Meeting of the Auckland City Council, to be held on THURSDAY July -~ 1910, at 7 o'clock p.m., a Resolution will be submitted to confirm the following Special Order, made at a Special Meetinof "» wW Council on THURSDAY, June —») t 191u t viz.; — "That the Auckland City Council doth hereby, by Special Resolution intended to operate as a Special Order, resolve to make the following By-laws, to be known hereafter as By-laws No 23 " (Here follow the By-laws.) The object or purport of the said By-laws Is as follows:— 1. To extend and amend By-laws No 1 of the said Council. 2. Interpretation clause. 3.
