The Initial subject was the colour of tone supplied by the diapasons; string, flutes, ami rveds were united, and contrasted admirably, whilst Ike prdil-orcan. with Its tine thirty-twos, (dxteens, anil eight feet notes were combined and used effectively slvlng the necessary foundation and body of tone to the whole structure. The middle section enabled the listener to enjoy the soft combinations of the organ, besides the tuneful and pleanlnc iniisic, whilst the full orsau, with the judicious use of soibs. and octaves, was displayed to telling effect In the performance given of the Ktnale.
