LATEST ENLISTMENTS.
TWELVE MEN SIGN ON.
FIVE ACCEPTED.
Thirteen men. enlisted since the "Star" , went to press yesterday, but the percentage of this number immediately accepted as lit At-as small, no more than five men completely satisfying the doctor. Of the remainder four were rejected, while foTir others were tempoTarily deferred. A large number of men who were defen-ed for treatment at a previous examination have now satisfied the medical officers as to their fitness for service. The names, occupations and addresses of those accepted since two o'clock yesterday, together with the groups to which they will be credited, are as follow:: — XO. 1 (CITY) GROUP.
