Tiie German Minister of Agriculture, interviewed, stated that Germany need not worn* over the possibility of another Tear's war. Last year's harvest was very poor, but this year's is much greater. Potatoes would be plentiful, and the barley and oat crops abundant. The outlook regarding the meat supply was improving.
