Tlie London "Daily Chronicle? publishes the following telegram from Sir Ernest Shackleton: "J" am leaving Punta Arenas, Magel-" lan Strait, on Wednesday, to rescue my marooned colleagues. The British Association has provided and equipped the Emma, a 70-ton wooden schooner ■which is being towed as far south as ■ possible by a steamer lent by the Chilian Government. .
