Decision was given by Mr. Kettle, S.M. at the Magistrate's court to-day in a case reported in last evening's isene, in which a firm, of contractors was summoned by a union of workers to recover penalties for alleged breaches of award The plaintiffs were the contractors' labourers' section of the Auckland General Labourers Industrial Union of V?*?L {U Z A - E.
