THE RECRUITING CAMPAIGN.
SEVENTEEN MEN ENWST. EIGHT ACCEPTED. Tliere were only 17 enlistments at the city recruiting station since the "'Star" wont to profits yesterday. Of this nura I her six men were deferred for treatment owing to minor defects, while three were rejected as medically unfit.
