CONFERENCE SUGGESTED. " LONDON, June 29. In Committee on the Finance Bill the ' House of Commons negatived an amend ment moved by Mr J. A. Bryce (Liberal member for Inverness Burg'hß) for the exemption from double income tax of money allowed to remain in the Domui r ions. Mr Montagu (Financial Secretary:' to the Treasury) said the Government was prepared to confer on the subject at next Imperial Conference.
