ELL-FED PRISONERS. (Received 11.64 ajn.) LONDON, Juno 29. Sir Edward Grey, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, in acknowledging a report concerning tho treatment of British prisoners at the German prison camp of Trcuenbrietzen, drawn up by Mr. Gerard, the American Ambassador in Berlin," states that an allowance of lOozs of meat a week, supplemented by some sausage, is entirely inadequate in the case of men performing maanal labour. -~ ,•-.-*
