TAMAKI WEST ROAD BOARD.
The Tamaki West Road Board met yesterday. Present: Messrs. B. R. pilkiagton. (chairman), Jctui Olark, Geo. Gower and F. B. Hutchinson. •Mr Poster's offer of land to provide a path for school children was accepted. The account for the last month's removal ■of nigttsoil was before the Board, and the inspector 6-howed that the contractor waa charging for houses unoccupied. It was . resolved that the amount be paid, and that the concession made to householders be' rescinded. | It was unanimously resolvel that in future the use of the office be restricted to Road Board purposes only. I. The Clerk reported that the Board's over-1 draft at the bank was approaching tSie limit. It was resolved that, m view of the I main road improvements requiring argent I attention and the rates for the current I year not yet coming in, Mr Gower and Mr Pilktngton wait upon the manager of the ' Bank of New Zealand and ask for the limit I of overdraft to be extended to £2000 J
