FOUR ENEMY SEAPLANES RAID KENT.

BOMBS DROPPED FROM DOVER TO WESTGATE. HINE BILLED AMD TWENTY-ONE INJURED. ONE OT THE RAIDING TPLANES BROUGHT DOWN. Tie High Commissioner cables under date of London, March 20:—Foor German seaplanes flew over Kent to-day, dropping bombs on Dover, Deal, Ramsgate, Margate, and Westgate. The casualties resulting from the raid were:—Killed: Men, 3j woman, 1; children, 5. Injured: Men, 17; women, S; children, 9. Altogether 48 bombs were dropped. Material damage was done to several . nouses. Flight-Commander Bone, in a single-sTeater aeroplane, pursued one German seaplane for 30 miles out to sea. There, after a-quarter of an hour's action, the enemy was forced to descend, the observer being killed.
