CHEQUE AND A GUN.
CHARGE OF ROBBERY UNDER ARMS. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. Charles Davidson was committed to the Supreme Court for trial on a charge of robbery under arms at Te Uku on March 7. The prosecution alleged that accused pointed a loaded gun at the head of Richard Livingstone, contractor, for whom lie worked, but who dismissed him a few days before the incident, anj robbed him of a cheque for £4 18/4j.
