N.Z. POSTAL SYSTEM
PRAISED BT AUSTRALIAN. SYDNEY, March 19. _ Mr. William Webeter (Federal Post-master-General), now on a visit to New Zealand, writes, paying a tribute to New Zealand's postal adminisraion. He says that in many respects it is far in advance of Australia's haphazard methods. Mr. Webster considers that New Zealand's mail and telegraph operating branches are ideal. He is satisfied that his visit to the Dominion will prove a splendid investment, and will help him considerably in the task of reorganising the Commonweal... postal service.
