FIRE AT PAEROA.

» o (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent) PAEROA, this day. An outbreak of fire occurred in Paeroa just after midnight on Sunday at the rear of a house owned and occupied by Mr. D. J. Evans, storekeeper. The wash-house was completely destroyed. . The damage is estimated at £70. The brigade were promptly on the scene, and their efforts saved a house situated close by. The buildings were insured in the Royal office, and contents of the State office. The cause is unknown.
