INCREASED PORTCHARGES.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ' CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Lyttelton Harbour Board has approved of new port charges, as follows: Pilotage: Sailing vessels over 100 tons, 3Jd per ton inwards, 3Jd outwards; steamships over 100 tons, 2Jd inwards, 2Jd outwards. Port charges: On all vessels within limits of port and coasting vessels 100 tons and upwards, 3d per ton; intercolonial vessels, 3d; foreign vessels. 3d. Mr. J. J. Graham, a member, pro- , tested that these increased charges would be passed on to the working man. s
