The Salonika correspondent of the "Petit Parisicn" states that the tone of the Germanophile Press suggests they have abandoned the idea of an offensive against Salonika. Mr. Ward Price states that Germans have replaced Bulgars pn the frontier in order to prevent desertions. RUSSIAN NEWSPAPER PREDICTS GENERAL ADVANCE, MATERIAL FOR COMPLETE AND CRUSHING VICTORY. . It asserts that the Russian Army ia not lacking in the material for a complete and crushing victory.
