WELLINGTON WOOLLEN DISPUTE.
• I ■—■- — THE MILITARY CONTRACTS. (By Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. In regard to the Wellington Woollen Mills dispute, the Hon. A. M. Myers (Minister of Munitions) stated to-day that the Wellington Woollen Company was under obligation to 6upp!y a large quantity of cloth, etc, -for military purposes for dehVery monthly. The directors had informed him that they ewild carry oat the contract for March and until they failed to do so he could not take action. In regard to the fatnre the obligation Testing on ids aoooiden to see cloth was delivered would necessitate action being taken in due course. A meeting of millowners would be held to-morrow in Wellington, and he trusted that satisfactory arrangements would be arrived at to enable the military supplies to be duly delivered n.p to the end of the year in accordance with the cpntracte.
