MYSTERY OF ENVER.
RUMOURS OF SUCCESSOR. (Received 10:15 a.m.) LONDON*, March 15. It is persistently rumoured that Ismail Haki, President of the Commercial Administration, -has been appointed Turkish Minister of War. There have been all sorts of rumours current about Enyer . Pasha, Turkey's Minister for War, and head of the Young Turk party. There were circumstantial accounts of an attempt to shoot him, and of his death from the effects of a bullet wound. The" last'announcement from Constantinople was to the effect that Enver had gone on to Medina, near Alecca. ' ■:'- ' . •
