AN ANOMALOUS POSITION.
ITALY AND GERMANY. LONDON, March 1. The Rome correspondent of the "Times" , states that the Interventionist groups in the Chamber of Deputieslmye adopted a. resolution deploring, the absence of any concrete fact pledging Italy's complete co-operation until essential victory is won, and urging the declaration of war against Germany.
