The war correspondent Mr Jcfferies says the conditions at Constantinople are becoming worse. There is no fish, as the fishermen are not allowed to go out for fear that they will communicate with the' enemy submarines. The correspondent was informed by a diploniatic.sourcc.that Enver Pasha '(Minister of War) had demanded, that German)* should send 100,000 men to save the situation in Asia Minor. Odessa reports state that the secretary of. Yussuf (the Turkish Crown Prince) was arrested at Constantinople in possession of documents implicating the dead prince in a conspiracy against the Germans and against Enter Pasha. Enver is taking advantage of the opportunity to remove all his enemies.
