Admiral at Foreign Office. Speaking in the House of Commons, Mr Asquith stated that Rear-Admiral De Chair (Admiral of the Training Services singe 1914) had been promoted to flag rank, and had been attached to the Foreign Office for the purpose of advising oii questions affecting the blockade of Germany.
