ALLIES EVACUATE ALBANIA.
ALL TROOPS SUCCESSFULLY WATHDRAWN. , ITALIAN BRIGADE FORM THE REARGUARD. (Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON,' February 27. An Austrian communique reports:—"We defeated the Italians east of Durazzo, pursuing them seaward. We bombarded the harbour works at Durazzo, hindering the embarkation. Italian warships tried to interfere, but failed. A semi-onicial message states that the withdrawal of the Serbian, Montenegrin and Albanian troops from Albania has been completed. The Italian brigade at Durrazzo has embarked. ,
