SUBMARINES AT WORK.
BRITISH STEAMERS SUNK. SOME OF:CREWS.MISSING. -. ' 7 ; February 27. - The British steamers Dido, of 4,769 tons',-and Deiaby have been sunk. Some of the crews have been saved. The steamer Tummel,of 530"tons, has been sunk, and seven of the crew are missing. Another.steamer has also been sunk, all ■onboard being saved.
