HUGE TURKISH LOSSES.

The people of Sofia are enormously impressed by the fall of Erzeroum, and they fear a Russian invasion in the near future. ' . The majority of the German troops have been withdrawn from the Balkan frontier. A small Bulgarian squadron, including ten torpedo boats, attempted to enter the Black Sea, but was forced to take refuge at Varna, where it was bottled up. The "Secolo" publishes details of a careful examination of the Turkish and estimates the number-at half-a-mil-lion, excluding those at Erzeroum. Tha paper points out that despite Enver Pasba's iron hand, discontent in Constantinople has reached a daigerous point. .' ; .
