The chairman (Mr. A. J. Entrican) and several members of the Public Services Committee yesterday paid a visit to the Waitakeres in order to inquire into various mattcTß affecting the City Council reserves. Tho committee also met the chairman and members of the Waitemata County Council, and dismissed a proposal for roading Cornwallls, and other matters.
