JUDGMENT FOR DEFENDANT. ; (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) j NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. , In the Supreme Court a libel action, in .which Garnet Saonders, jactare . theatre manager, soed Henry Weeton, i proprietor of the "Txranaki Herald" for ,; £1000, concluded late last night, after ' two days' hearing. The jury found for , defendant on all counts, and the Court ' awarded costs according to scale against ' the plaintiff. The action arose out of ' correspondence concerning kinemacolour i pictures and theatre management.
