HEIS AFPARENT'S " OFFICIAL " SUICIDE. PARIS, February 4. A French newspaper points out that tbe Turkish heir-apparent. Prince YousEouf IzzedLn, who committed suicide, opposed trie arrest of the Turkish Deputies who were hostile to Enver Pasha. The prince was an obstacle to the ambitions of Enver Pasha, Talaat Iky. and Djenial Pasha, and if his death was a case of suicide, it was opportune.
